  11. I just got a USR Sportster 33.6 and am using it with Win95 and Win95's built 
  12. in TCP/IP stack to access my ISP.  I know my ISP is using USR 28.8 modems but 
  13. the fastest baud rate I can connect is 26.4.  I have my port speed set to 
  14. 115700.
